Chairman's Profile
H.E. Sheikh Dr. Mubarak Bin Ham is a Government Official and a well-known business figure who hails from the United Arab Emirates and was born in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi in 1968.
He started his career in the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), upon graduating from the University of Emirates College of Economic Science in 1994.
He sat as the member of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 2006 to 2010 and during this tenure served as the Chairman of the Media Committee as well as a member in the United Arab Emirates Council.
Continuing his service in the Chamber of Commerce for a new period from 2010 to 2014 in which he held office, he served as the Second Vice President of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Currently Sheikh Mubarak is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Academy.

- Bachelor of Emirates University – Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences in 1992
- Master of Diplomatic Studies, Westminster University, London, 2002
- PhD in Philosophy of Strategies and Project Management, University of Skema, France, 2014
- Received the Rashid Prize for Scientific Excellence for his doctorate with honours from France.
- He received the Rashid Prize for scientific excellence for obtaining a master’s degree in studies Westminster University Diploma.
